I'm new to SyllyS of Switzerland skincare range, which products should I use?
If you are new to taking care of your skin we recommend you to keep it simple. Consistency is key and many times the less is more approach is all you need.  Start by simply cleanse and moisturize with one of our TimeSaver Beauty™  twice a day to achieve a healthier and more vibrant skin.

 Cleanse:

 Cleansing your skin with our SMART Facial Cleanser twice a day is a critical part of any skincare regime. It is formulated for all skin types, suitable for men and women, and gentle enough for sensitive skin. We consider it one of SyllyS of Switzerland “TimeSaver Beauty™” products as it effectively cleanses your skin of impurities, removes makeup and is professionally formulated to balance your skin’s natural pH in one easy step. Thanks to our Organic Rose-hip seed oil, vitamins A, E, C and F this sumptuous cleanser is high in antioxidants, helps slow the signs of aging, reduces redness and rosacea, protects and moisturize skin.

Moisturize:

Your skin is the body’s largest organ it is important to recognize it requires regular attention for it to be and stay healthy. Your skin, especially your face, is exposed to a great deal of environmental damage/abuse throughout the day. Using a good quality moisturizer like our Skin Essential made with Pure non-Gmo Organic Squalane is a vital step in your daily skincare regime to help repair, protect, hydrate, stimulate, revitalize, prime.

Why is it important for my skin to be pH balanced?
Maintaining a balanced mind and body is a fundamental part of life. Equally as important is sustaining a balanced pH level in your skin. When our skin is overly acidic, it will cause inflammation, be more susceptible to bacterial infection along with redness and painful to touch. When it's too alkaline, skin becomes dry and sensitive; you may even get eczema. You may also experience inflammation that constitutes the rapid aging skin. Making sure your skin's pH is in a healthy range will ensure the health of your skin even more.

Is SyllyS of Switzerland Skincare suitable for men as well as women?
Absolutely! SyllyS of Switzerland Skincare brand is ideal for men, especially our “TimeSaver Beauty™“ collection. They are fragrance-free, their consistency are lite to instantly absorb into skin leaving no surface residue and best of all most of them can be applied on face, neck, décolleté, and eyes with one easy step.

Why do you refer to some of your skincare products as “TimeSaver Beauty™” Treatments?
One of the many keys to beautiful skin is consistency with proven formulations and quality ingredients. Nowadays our time has become such a commodity, we are all so busy that many of us skip our skincare routine here and there from rushing or even just too tired to want to do it, and unfortunately our skin takes a toll. We want to help with your daily beauty routine by keeping it simple, this is a skincare line that has the flexibility to be simple or complex depending on your needs. All of SyllyS of Switzerland’s treatment serums and some facial creams are specifically formulated to be used on face, neck, décolleté, and eyes. Our line was created to provide multiple usages with just one product to help you save time and therefore negating the need to purchase a separate product for each area. Most of our product can be used individually for simplicity or layered for compounded benefits. Today we refer these products as our “TimeSaver Beauty™”.

Are your products safe?
Yes. Before our products are created, research is done to ensure the ingredients used have been deemed safe. Once our products are created, they are tested and reviewed in a lab approved by Dept of Health to insure safety. Our lab is also FDA registered and cGMP compliant (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). It’s important to us to provide you with the highest standard of product safety and efficacy.

 * Please advise: a patch test is always recommended when trying any new skincare. Check ingredients on the label to ensure no personal allergens are present.

Are your products all natural and organic?
As licensed estheticians with experience from 1963 - 1982 in Switzerland, to owning a clinical skincare salon since 1984 in South Florida, and having worked in high-end spas and cosmetic boutiques throughout the country, when it comes to ingredients it is our mission to bring what we have seen give results into your home while still aligning with our beliefs; as simple, natural, organic, non-Gmo as possible but still effective and safe.

SyllyS of Switzerland skincare line is overall naturally derived. We integrate the power of nature with the beauty of science with a "less is more" approach for high-performance skincare. It’s important to understand that not all natural ingredients are safe such as lead, poison ivy, tobacco, and not all chemicals are considered unsafe such as our infamous water. The same goes for concentration/dosage used. Have you ever heard of water intoxication? With the help of leading like-minded phytochemists, we go through rigorous testing protocols to ensure safety, efficiency, and clean formulations. We bring you Clean Science for your skin.

Are SyllyS of Switzerland's products gluten & vegan free?
All of our products are Cruelty-Free. Most of our products are vegan except; Silk & Satin Lipids™, Skin Essential, Step 2 of the Home Med Spa Peel™, and our Pure Hyaluronic w/ Soothing Antioxidants. As far as gluten-free 3 of our products are;  SMART Facial Cleanser, Step 2 of the Home Med Spa Peel and Professional Scrub. If you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, please consult the ingredient decks and your doctor before using SyllyS of Switzerland products.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All products have a shelf life of at least two years if unopened. When opened and used correctly (assuming lids are replaced properly) the shelf life is at least six months. Look for this symbol on our packaging: 

Do your products contain parabens?
All of our products are Paraben Free • Sulfate Free • Phthalates Free • Synthetic Fragrance-Free • Synthetic Color-Free

Is it true that all skin care need to contain some type of preservative?
Preservatives are necessary to ensure that skin care remains the most effective in various environments and prevents the growth of microorganisms. Failure to do so can result in serious skin infections. We have kept them to a minimum by maintaining the effectiveness of our products and ensuring that no bacteria grow in our products.

What is your stance on animal testing?
We love all animals and don't believe in any animal cruelty especially for the beauty industry. That's why our SyllyS of Switzerland Skincare brand does not test on animals and is Cruelty Free.

Every now and then a client asks us if we use real mink for our lash extensions. The answer is NO and will always be NO! There is no such thing as cruelty-free mink lashes, so please, ladies, do not ask for mink lashes, synthetic mink lashes are so beautiful and just as soft without the cruelty The Truth About Mink Lashes

Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed, tested and proudly made in the United States.
