Delivery

Domestic and International retail orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via USPS or Fed-ex.  All International orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)

FREE Standard Shipping
SyllyS.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise on orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders over $75 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

Standard Shipping
Orders totaling less than $75.- ship via Standard Shipping and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, Please note: if a PO address is entered, the package will be shipped via USPS and could take 5-7 business days to arrive.

2nd Day Shipping Service
Second Day orders placed by 8 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same or next day, depending on product availability.

Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 

We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.

 Free International Shipping
*Canada Customers - Canada customers receive FREE shipping with all orders $250 and over. Canadian Customers are responsible for paying 19% tax upon arrival of their package.

*All Other International Countries - International orders over $500 qualify for FREE shipping. Customers ordering from the UK, Germany, and France will all be charged an import tax of about 20% upon delivery of their package. Australian orders up to 1,000 AUD (~$785 US) ship duty and tax free. Australian orders above 1,000 AUD will require customers to pay duties.

Standard International Shipping
All International orders are shipped via USPS.  All import tax and duties resulting from international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. At this time SyllyS.com is not able to compute this cost in advance.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
