Return & Exchange Policy

 Any unopened retail product purchased on SyllyS.com received within the last 30 days can be returned for a refund or exchange. Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. SyllyS of Switzerland is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.

PLEASE NOTE: Only products purchased through SyllyS.com or via phone or email may be returned for refund or exchange. 

 Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return/exchange including your name, address, phone number, email address and SyllyS.com order number.  If an exchange is desired please include the name of the product you would like to exchange to and your reason for your return/exchange. 

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and SyllyS of Switzerland does not pay for return shipping.
